Cheeto Chihuahua Adult Male in Whitewater, Wisconsin

My story
Meet Cheeto!Hello new friends, my name is Cheeto. I'm about 4 years old and 15 pounds. I prefer to be around calm smaller dogs, as larger dogs make me a bit nervous, especially males. I'm working on my house training skills, so please be patient with me, I want to be my best self for my new family. I really enjoy company when I go outside, so will you please come with me? I'm cautious around new people, but once I know they won't hurt me they can be my friends. I'm looking for a forever place to live with my forever people, or even just one person. I love cuddling on the couch, so I'd be a perfect date for an at home movie night. I'd like if I could get alot of attention from you, but I'm willing to share with others as well. I don't like to have to worry about if someone is going to steal my food, so my foster mom feeds me in my crate. I'm a good boy about going in and out of my crate, even when my foster mom leaves. When she gets home I get so happy to see her because that means we get to cuddle! I hope I can find someone who is patient and loving so I can spend the rest of my life with them. If you have a more mellow home with space for a little guy, I hope you pick me to complete your life! Albert's Dog Lounge is a transporting dog rescue, meaning that we rescue many of our dogs from high kill shelters in areas of dog overpopulation. We are a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs.

The vast majority of our dogs come from the Houston, TX area where we have an entire team of volunteers, coordinators, and fosters. We do also work with local shelters, rescues, and owners.

If you apply for a dog that is currently in our local Houston program, we will work to get your dog transported to WI as quickly as possible. We ask that you have patience during this time of uncertainty and unprecedented dog adoptions nationwide. Learn more about Albert's Dog Lounge, our mission, and adoption policies by visiting Albertsdoglounge.org. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.Begin your application process by copying this link into your web browser: /applyWI Dept. Of Agriculture License Number: 474085-DS
